Experienced Learning Disabilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused manager to lead our residential and supported living services in the Macclesfield area, providing care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in learning disabilities) and possess a strong understanding of CQC regulations, health, and social care legislation. They will also demonstrate excellent staff management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality care services
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
- Developing and implementing effective staff management strategies
The role offers a competitive salary of £42,500 - £62,500 per annum, depending on location and experience.
