About This Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled mental health support worker to join our team in Warrington.

You will be working with adults who have learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and complex mental health needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering person-centered support to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the people we support and their families
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Background in mental health support work with experience in supporting individuals with challenging behaviors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
