The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Community Support Specialist to join their team in Newton Stewart. As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs.

About the Role

You will cover shifts to ensure continued high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training, or sickness. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care. You will also provide emotional support and help individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.

Our dedicated team provides 24/7 support tailored to the needs of each individual. Shifts include earlies, days, lates, and sleepovers, and you may be supporting more than one individual. Travel time is factored into your hours.

The estimated salary for this position is £23,100-£27,800 per annum, depending on experience.
