Support Practitioner

We are seeking highly motivated and caring individuals to join our team as Support Practitioners in Newton Stewart. This role involves providing flexible support to individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
No prior experience in care is necessary, as we focus on recruiting individuals with the right values and transferable skills. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this role.
The role is open to non-drivers.
The RoleAs a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
You will also provide emotional support and help individuals maintain relationships with family and friends. Our service users appreciate being involved in community activities, and we encourage you to take an interest in their hobbies and interests.

- Good organisational skills
Our team operates 24/7, providing tailored support to meet individual needs. Shifts may involve supporting multiple individuals, with travel time factored into your hours. Earliest, day, late, and sleepover shifts are available.
The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
