About the Job
We are seeking a caring and supportive Bank Support Practitioner to join our team in Newton Stewart. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals living in their own homes, covering shifts to ensure continued support during times of annual leave, training, or sickness.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a good understanding of computer systems. A positive attitude and empathetic nature are also essential.
Working Environment
Our team provides 24/7 support, tailored to the needs of each individual. Depending on shift length, you may support more than one individual, but we factor travel into your hours. Shifts include earlies, days, lates, and sleepovers.
