About the Role

The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our Pharmacy Clinical Trials Team as a Business Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our team of clinical trials pharmacists and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Pharmacy Clinical Trials Team, including the Pharmacy Clinical Trials Aseptic Unit.
  • Assist with the coordination of clinical trials, including data management and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Good general education to NVQ level or equivalent.
  • GCSE Math and English at grade C/level and above.
  • Typing to RSA level, clear, concise typing skills, and good use of the English Language.
