We are seeking a compassionate and driven Clinical Trials Pharmacy Administrator to become a vital part of our supportive pharmacy team at Oxford University Hospitals.

In this role, you will contribute to a team focused on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical trials within the pharmacy setting. A portion of your time will be allocated to coordinating multidisciplinary team meetings, where you will compile patient information and document discussions.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential for effectively updating patients about their trial status and collaborating with the broader healthcare team. You should demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and proficiency in computer skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to manage and schedule patient appointments for clinical trials
  • Provide a professional scheduling service to patients and their families
  • Communicate primarily via phone with patients and the multidisciplinary team regarding trial appointments
  • Coordinate with pharmacists regarding patient schedules
  • Organize multidisciplinary team meetings and gather relevant data
