Finance Manager for Luxury Fashion Brand

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at H International Consultant / HIa Legal. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the finance function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Prepare and present financial reports to the Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting
    • Manage the production of monthly management accounts, including consolidation and supporting schedules.
    • Reconcile and manage the Profit and Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Financial Operations
    • Oversee the accuracy of accounts payable and management accountants' entries.
    • Manage the preparation and presentation of the bi-weekly cash flow model and review the bi-weekly payment run.
  • Commercial Accounting
    • Support the Finance Director in preparing the annual budget and providing detailed variance analysis.
    • Contribute to the implementation of a new Purchase Order (PO) system.
  • Team Leadership
    • Mentor and develop the skills of the Accounts Payable team and Management Accountants.
    • Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met by the team.
Requirements
  • ACCA/CIMA or ACA fully qualified.
  • Multi-site experience with retail or wholesale sector experience.
  • Intermediate level of Excel.
