Job Title: Commercial Training Developer
Job Description:
As a key member of our Hyundai team, you will play a vital role in the development and delivery of our commercial training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Development: Design, develop, and deploy digital and in-person training programs that meet the needs of our retailers and internal teams.
- Training Solutions: Create bespoke training solutions that focus on customer-centric approaches, linking impact measurement to business performance and customer experience data.
- Program Deployment: Implement and monitor commercial Brand Immersion, Customer, and Aftersales Commercial training programs across our retailer network, HMUK personnel, and partner providers.
- Training Delivery: Lead the delivery of online and face-to-face training sessions, including the creation of video assets from script to final execution.
- Needs Analysis: Identify the training needs of our network, aligning with HMUK teams, affiliate partners, and data insights.
- Communication: Maintain engagement with internal teams and affiliate partners to ensure needs and feedback are understood, and solutions are communicated effectively.
- Reporting: Provide robust, evidence-based reporting that links to key elements within the Retailer Scorecard and wider business objectives.
