About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Sofa Club. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for elevating our brand's visual identity and creating compelling designs that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Create and develop visually striking graphics for a range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and print.
  • Content Creation: Develop content for the website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and enhances the user experience.
  • Brand Identity: Maintain and evolve Sofa Club's visual brand identity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce team to design engaging and user-friendly web pages.
  • Creative Assets: Produce creative assets that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals.
  • Design Delivery: Ensure all designs are on-brand, on-message, and delivered on time.
  • Format Adaptation: Adapt and resize creative assets for various formats and channels.
  • Design Trends: Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Sofa Club remains visually innovative.
  • Project Management: Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
Requirements
  • Design Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Brand Guidelines: Experience following brand guidelines.
  • Aesthetic Sensitivity: A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Web Design: Experience in web design, with a focus on e-commerce and conversion optimisation.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Time Management: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
