Creative Visual Designer

Purpose of RoleWe are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to elevate our brand's visual identity and create compelling designs that resonate with our audience. Your mission will be to bring our brand to life across various platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in every project.
Key Responsibilities- Design Development: Create and develop visually striking graphics for a range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and print.
- Content Creation: Develop content for the website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and enhances the user experience.
- Brand Identity Management: Maintain and evolve Sofa Club's visual brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the e-commerce team to design engaging and user-friendly web pages.
- Asset Creation: Produce creative assets that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals.
- Design Delivery: Ensure all designs are on-brand, on-message, and delivered on time.
- Format Adaptation: Adapt and resize creative assets for various formats and channels.
- Design Trends: Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Sofa Club remains visually innovative.
- Project Management: Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Design Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Brand Guidelines: Experience following brand guidelines.
- Aesthetic Sensitivity: A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Web Design: Experience in web design, with a focus on e-commerce and conversion optimisation.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Time Management: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Passion for Design: A passion for creativity and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
