The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in creating a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the team.

This position offers a unique blend of leadership responsibilities, including working closely with Brunel's Leadership Teams and Education Support Teams to drive the Trust's growth and success. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of our independent specialist school development.

Main Duties:

  1. Support the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in leadership duties.
  2. Promote professional development within the team.
  3. Foster an inclusive and innovative school environment.
  4. Collaborate with Leadership Teams and Education Support Teams.
