Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, managing staff welfare and health & safety, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the financial aspects of projects, monitor budgets and expenses, and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Staff Management: Take responsibility for staff welfare and health & safety on site, conduct housekeeping and toolbox talks, and visit staff on site as needed.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients at all levels, forging positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Contract Administration: Manage all contract administration tasks, including negotiating and ensuring compliance with contracts.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are completed to a high standard, meeting client expectations.
  • Procurement: Procure materials and services as needed to support project delivery.
  • Meetings and Communication: Attend meetings as required and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive experience in construction, preferably as a Site Manager or Contracts Manager.
  • Skill: Excellent liaison skills, with the ability to manage the workforce and build positive relationships with clients.
