CV Library is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for the welfare and health & safety of all staff on site
  • Conduct regular housekeeping and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the project, including costs and quoting for work
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure they are within agreed limits
  • Manage all contract administration, including procurement and risk management
  • Represent the company in a strategic manner, ensuring clients are confident in the project's progress and outcome
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the project
  • Procure materials and equipment as required
  • Attend meetings as necessary to ensure effective communication and project progress

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in construction, preferably as a Site Manager or Contracts Manager
  • Excellent liaison skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage the workforce
