About the Role

Candidate Source Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. As a leading main contractor in the construction industry, we are looking for a professional with extensive experience in overseeing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for the welfare and health & safety of all staff on site
  • Conduct regular housekeeping and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the project, including costs and quoting for work
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure timely completion
  • Visit staff on site to ensure they have the necessary resources and support
  • Liaise with clients at all levels to build positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage all contract administration, including negotiating and ensuring compliance with contracts
  • Represent the company in a strategic manner to build confidence with clients
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure quality assurance is maintained throughout the project
  • Procure materials and equipment as required
  • Attend meetings as necessary to ensure project progress
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Site Manager or Contracts Manager
  • Excellent liaison skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff
