Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional PA to support our Corporate Affairs Director. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to work with Lloyd's, the world's leading insurance and reinsurance marketplace. Our team is responsible for inspiring courage, so tomorrow's progress isn't limited by today's risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive PA support to the Corporate Affairs Director, including diary management, travel arrangements, and preparation of documents.
  • Manage the flow of emails, respond to queries, and facilitate responses as appropriate.
  • Maintain good relationships with senior executives, support staff, and market contacts.
  • Act as first point of contact and 'host' for internal and external visitors.
Requirements
  • Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels, up to and including Executive Director level.
  • Proactive, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Estimated Salary

£40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
