About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Corporate Affairs & Engagement professional to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional communications support to help drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Editorial Support: Assist in the delivery of our weekly all-employee newsletter, recommending content based on market priorities, writing engaging copy, and analysing data to ensure strong employee engagement.
- Copywriting: Create compelling content for internal and external channels, including the intranet, emails, event materials, reports, social media posts, and website materials.
- Media Monitoring: Daily monitor a broad range of media titles and online/social media content, reporting on key themes and sentiment as required.
- Press Office Support: Monitor the press office inbox and direct enquiries as necessary.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Assist with media pitching, stakeholder outreach, updating contact databases, trackers, and preparing mail-outs for key audiences.
- KPI Reporting: Collaborate with the team to report on KPIs, including media/social media coverage, monthly team updates, videos, and presentations.
- A demonstrable interest in news and current affairs, environmental, social, and political issues.
- Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent prioritisation skills, able to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- An annual salary of £24,000.
