About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and care to patients across various trusts in England.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in an Acute HCSW UK (Private, NHS or Armed Forces) hospital/hospice setting within the last 2 years. Alternatively, you may be a student nurse with at least 12 weeks of clinical placements. You will be required to provide evidence of completing the Care Certificate or a relevant qualification.

As a Care Support Worker, your duties will include monitoring patients' conditions, assisting in the delivery of patient care, and ensuring that patients are the prime focus when making decisions about their care and well-being. You will also assist patients with compassion when undertaking normal activities of daily living, while maintaining their privacy, dignity, and human rights.

Our team provides flexible work options to suit your lifestyle, including bank shifts and fixed-term placements. We offer competitive pay rates of £12-£21 per hour, depending on experience.
