Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Oxford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and building lasting connections with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with household duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Supporting safe mobility in and outside of the home
  • Companionship and running general errands, such as completing the weekly shop or collecting prescriptions

Requirements:

  • At least three months' care experience either in a professional or personal setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A driving licence and your own transport is essential
  • Good IT skills, as all of our systems are online
  • The right to work in the UK - please note we do not provide sponsorship or accept skilled worker visas

Estimated salary: £28,400 - £32,400 per year based on 25 hours of work per week, £13.50 - £15 per hour.
