Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the hostel's operations, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and reception duties.

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control expenditure.
  • Ensure the hostel's budget is managed effectively, making adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience of managing budgets and controlling expenditure.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.

  • A competitive salary of £30,749 to £36,180 per annum.
