Business Operations Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team at a state-of-the-art police training facility. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Technical Facilities Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Update our CAFM system weekly to meet contractual SLAs.
- Collate and produce monthly reports for the Technical Facilities Manager within contract SLAs.
- Arrange subcontractor attendance to site for planned maintenance, project tasks, and ensure all QHSE paperwork is in line with Mitie procedures.
- Track project work and costs for the Technical Facilities Manager.
- Escort service partners around the facility.
- Keep all statutory documentation up to date and track any changes made (QHSE, CoSHH, and RAMS).
- Order parts and materials to ensure uninterrupted work while ensuring cost savings in line with the contract.
- Cover for the Technical Facilities Manager during leave as liaison between client and Mitie.
Requirements
- Have a good basic education, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
- Be able and confident to make decisions on your own and problem-solve issues.
- Ability to communicate and delegate at all levels.
- Be a team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Have a sound comprehension of any company and legislative Health and Safety, Environmental impacts, and Risk Assessment Procedures.
- Ability to prioritize own workload according to contract needs.
- Have good literacy, maths, and computer skills.
- Previous administration knowledge is beneficial.
- Must submit to NPPV 3 Police Vetting within 3 months of starting date.

- Must be able to work under strict timeframes and understand any relevant service level agreements.
- To be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Must be flexible regarding working hours and fall into the required shift pattern as deemed suitable to meet contract requirements. Overtime as required to cover leave/absence paid at standard rate.
