Central Employment Agency (North East) Limited is seeking a skilled Commercial Van Sales Professional to join their team in Teesside. This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£50,000 DOE, with an OTE of £75k+ and a £4k car allowance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field-based role and sector, with a proven ability to develop new business. They will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities across van sales & conversion specialisms, growing their own customer relationships, and ensuring all sales transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and deliver new business opportunities into the organisation using industry knowledge, relationships, and lead sourcing.
  • Take ownership of a developed customer base, receiving inbound and making outbound calls to new and existing customers.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for vehicle sales is accurate and complete, including end user details, specifications, finance details, and vehicle allocations.
  • Liaise with finance, operations, and registration departments to ensure timely processing of sales.
  • Be accountable for sales reporting, using the CRM system and knowledge of pipeline deals and customers' needs to forecast and win business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field-based role and sector.
  • B2B Fleet sales experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to develop new business.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and generic CRM management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
