Job Title: Mental Health Professional
\helpers:\e need a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at WhereToTalk. As a School Counsellor, you will provide emotional support and guidance to students, helping them navigate their personal, social, and educational challenges. This is a term-time only position, working 2 days a week (Tuesday and Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm) in a thriving secondary school with a diverse student population.\About the Role:

- You will work closely with teachers, staff, and students to provide confidential counselling services, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship problems.\
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with students, promoting trust, empathy, and understanding.\
- You will contribute to the school’s safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being and safety of all students.\
- You will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in counselling and mental health.\
- The salary for this role is H6-H7 (£35,000 - £43,000 per annum), depending on qualifications and experience.\
