Job Description:
As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring patient health, administering medications and treatments as required, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans, providing education and support to patients and their families, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Requirements:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant nursing board
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
