Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury care home in Thames Ditton, Surrey. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing a variety of meals that meet the dietary needs of residents.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
