Role: Sous Chef

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is working with a well-established luxury care home group to find a talented Sous Chef to join their team in Thames Ditton, Surrey.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen operation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning and preparing a variety of meals that are appealing, nutritious, and tailored to the residents' preferences and dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing meals for residents
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning schedules to meet Food Safety Manual requirements
  • Ensure all kitchen areas are immaculately clean and well-maintained
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements:
