About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Store Assistant to join our team at Tesco in Bridgend. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and working closely with colleagues to achieve our business goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting with stock management, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participating in seasonal and community events to promote Tesco's brand and values.
