About the Role

The role involves coaching and mentoring apprentices in vehicle maintenance and repair techniques, as well as monitoring and reviewing their progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support learners through their apprenticeship programme, ensuring timely completion while meeting awarding organisation, ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
  • Effectively record, plan and track individual learner progress according to agreed paperwork and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Relevant industry-related qualification (Vehicle Mechanic minimum of Level 3).
  • Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).
Benefits

£36,400 per annum + benefits package.
