Mechanic Trainer

A highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Mechanic or Technician with an NVQ2 or equivalent qualification is required to take on the role of Apprenticeship Coach.

About the Role:

• Deliver high-quality training and coaching to apprentices working towards their NVQ2 qualification.
• Provide expert guidance and support to help apprentices develop their mechanical skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of the apprenticeship program.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• NVQ2 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic or Technician, preferably in a teaching or coaching role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate training sessions, as well as assess apprentice performance.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, including Health and Safety.
