Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Franchise Revenue Services team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Team and other associates in overseeing and co-ordinating revenue management functions and inventory strategy for Franchise hotels across all brands. You will work closely with the EMEA-based Franchise hotels to provide ongoing support and training, ensuring alignment with agreed core deliverables.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the deployment of key MI initiatives and system changes across the FRS portfolio.
  • Undertake training delivery assignments as designated by the Director Plus Services, FRS.
  • Communicate and educate hotels on proper pricing, competitive positioning, and restrictions as recommended by Marriott's Revenue Management Systems.
  • Perform ad-hoc revenue tasks and analysis as directed by the Senior Manager, Franchise Revenue Services.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A strong understanding of Marriott's Revenue Management Systems, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make recommendations based on analysis.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently in a multi-task environment.
  • Experience working with Franchise hotels and across a variety of brands, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
