EMEA Revenue Manager

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled EMEA Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing revenue recognition control procedures for various business lines across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with counterparties to review monthly revenue accruals and explain revenue commentary for variance to budget.
- Review accounts receivables ageing analysis to identify outstanding invoices and unbilled receivables.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure billed and unbilled revenue balances are settled and billed timely.
- Partner with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Fund Accounting, and Legal teams to analyze and review contracts for revenue recognition.
- Prepare accounting memos to document revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606.
- Automate manual revenue processes using technology to streamline monthly revenue-related processes.
- Liaise with Corporate Tax to ensure annual recharges are correctly accounted for across EMEA entities.
- Coordinate with the Shared Service Centre to process billing, client rebates, and credit notes.
- Implement a revenue recognition checklist to standardize new client onboarding.
- Qualified ACA or CPA with experience in a Big4 audit background.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition.
- Positive mindset with a drive to continually improve and challenge existing processes.
- Proficient with Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
