Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Maintenance Project Lead to join our clients' dynamic team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver key maintenance projects while enjoying a fantastic benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  1. Adhering to and continuously improving project processes as outlined in our internal documentation.
  2. Coordinating start/end-of-shift processes and providing necessary support.
  3. Conducting toolbox talks and delivering single-point lessons as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Project Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting maintenance projects. Reporting to the Heavy Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include adhering to project processes, coordinating shift processes, and conducting toolbox talks.

Requirements:
  • A City & Guilds/BTEC certificate in Engineering or an equivalent NVQ Level 3 qualification.
  • Experience in a project engineering role is desirable.
  • Understanding of mechanical and technical systems is desirable.
