About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ER professional to drive continuous improvement, nurture relationships with unions, and make impactful decisions in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations within a heavily unionised environment, working closely with 3 prominent unions.
  • Update and develop policies in line with employment law and best practices.
  • Handle a varied ER caseload, including absence and performance management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Provide clear, detailed reports and data analysis to senior management.
  • Coach and train managers on ER matters.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in employee relations, ideally within a large, unionised organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to think innovatively and make informed decisions.
