Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Investment Manager to join our team at CVX Ventures. As a key member of our global investment team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal journey, from sourcing and analyzing business plans to closing investment rounds.

Your primary tasks will include creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow, ensuring that we remain fast in our decision-making process, and closing the right deals on time with our partners.

Your Key Tasks
  1. Ensure that CVX Ventures sees and is offered all interesting deals in the market
  2. Create a continuous and high-quality deal flow
  3. Analyze companies, markets, industries, and teams to make investment decisions
  4. Negotiate term sheets and ensure that CVX Ventures wins the best investment opportunities
  5. Present investment opportunities to our investment committee
  6. Run investment processes with our partners and close investment rounds

Additionally, we expect you to have:

  1. Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results
  2. 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar
  3. EU work permit
