Job Description


We are seeking a Dynamic Learning Coach for Alternative Education to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a Community Teacher, you will play a crucial role in empowering students who have faced challenges in their educational journey.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage a caseload of up to five students, providing tailored academic support and essential pastoral care.
  • Engage and inspire students in their communities, whether at home, local facilities, or community spaces.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student behavior and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to support students with diverse needs.


Requirements:



  • Hold a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it.
  • Degree or equivalent, with Maths and English to at least Level 2.
  • Specialist teaching qualification in a chosen subject (desirable).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage student behavior effectively.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders.

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
