Educational Innovator for Alternative Learning

We are seeking a dynamic and creative educator to join our alternative education community at The People Ninjas Ltd. As an Educational Innovator, you will play a key role in fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity, and encouraging students to think beyond the traditional.
Our school supports approximately 20 pupils on roll, ensuring ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging, and supportive environment. Our core team consists of a Head of Provision, three teachers, and two support staff, with further support provided by regional and national staff working across several schools within our group.

Job Requirements
- Teaching Qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards it.
- Specialist Teaching Qualification (desirable).
- Degree in a relevant teaching subject or equivalent for SEN (desirable).
- Minimum grade 4/C or higher in English, Maths, and Science Proficiency.
