We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who can deliver high-quality, engaging education to children as they explore complex learning across the curriculum.

About the Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will lead a diverse and energetic class, helping students develop their academic abilities and social skills. You will create a positive classroom environment where students feel supported and challenged to reach their full potential, while working closely with colleagues to maintain a unified approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, challenging lessons that promote deep learning and mastery of the Year 4 curriculum.
  • Foster a classroom culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration where all students feel safe to express themselves.
  • Regularly assess and track student progress, providing tailored feedback to ensure every child is making necessary improvements.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated at £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
