Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished leader to join our leadership team as Teacher in Charge. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site management, leading and managing the team, and developing effective relationships with mainstream schools.

About the Role

The role involves providing training and advice to colleagues in mainstream schools on behaviour management policies and strategies. You will work closely with other members of the senior leadership team to enhance provisions offered by the PRU and develop your leadership skills.

Requirements

We are looking for an established and successful leader who understands the primary curriculum and has a good understanding of what it takes to support pupils with social, emotional, and mental health issues. Key qualifications include:
