The Collision Repair Technician plays a critical role in the efficient operation of our stores. This position requires a systematic approach to all repairs, ensuring that vehicle parts and labor are accurately listed early in the repair cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review work orders and identify necessary parts for replacement
  • Dismantle vehicles to reveal hidden damages and ensure accurate documentation
  • Start repairs and notify management of major supplements or hidden damages
  • Return unnecessary parts for credit and properly store new and damaged parts

This role involves close communication with production and management staff to ensure seamless progress throughout the day.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with Mitchell / Audatex / Reynolds software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year is available for this position, depending on experience.
