Job Description:

The Collision Damage Estimator role at CSN Collision is a key position that requires a professional with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the extent of damage to vehicles and create detailed estimates for repairs.
  • Work closely with customers, insurers, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely repair processes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of estimating software, including Mitchell Connect and Audatex.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Inspect vehicles throughout the repair process to ensure quality control and adherence to OEM standards.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Collision Estimator or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive long distances when necessary.
  • Familiarity with insurance practices and guidelines.
  • I-CAR training an asset.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
