Are you an experienced Cyber Security Consultant eager to make a meaningful contribution in the field of information security?

We are looking for a talented Cyber Security Consultant to become a vital part of our reputable Managed Service Provider (MSP) team.

With a legacy of over 30 years, we take pride in supporting a distinguished international clientele across various sectors, including finance and professional services.


Position Overview:
This is a proactive role focused on enhancing our Managed Security Services team, directly reporting to the Director of Professional Services.

Your expertise will be crucial in providing customized security solutions to our clients, leveraging your vast experience in the MSP/MSSP domain.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing the remediation of security evaluations, technical assessments, and vulnerability reviews (Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, NIST CSF).
  • Overseeing security projects from their initial stages through to completion.
  • Offering expert advice and support to clients throughout the entire security lifecycle.
  • Exhibiting strong leadership in both team management and project execution.
  • Utilizing technical proficiency in security technologies (Microsoft XDR stack, vulnerability management tools, SIEMs including Sentinel).
  • Contributing to incident response efforts and driving enhancements in operational processes.

Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Cyber Security Consultant or virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) within an MSP/MSSP framework.
  • Exceptional client-facing abilities, including conducting workshops and delivering reports.
  • Background in Security Operations, Network Engineering, Software Development, or Infrastructure Support.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CYSA+, Security+, CISM, CEH, Microsoft Security).
  • Hands-on experience with security evaluations, testing, and remediation.
  • Proven capability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of security technologies and their practical applications.
  • Experience in incident response and security operations.
