About the Role

Acre Security is seeking a highly skilled Security Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic UK team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge security systems that protect customer assets, information, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement security systems that meet organizational security needs, including access control, network security, and CCTV systems.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure all security systems are operational, monitor performance, and implement updates or adjustments as needed.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Managers to complete installations on time and within budget for various clients.
  • Technical Guidance: Advise management and clients on new technologies, identifying opportunities for upgrades and document processes and procedures to ensure proper installation of equipment.
  • Compliance: Ensure security systems comply with industry standards, government regulations, and internal policies.
  • Team Support: Assist junior team members with callouts and PPMs (Planned Preventive Maintenance), offering guidance to help them develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the security systems industry, with experience in Access Control and CCTV installation.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity principles, physical security systems, networking, system integration, and security protocols.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Time Management: Strong time management, organisational skills, and keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to provide feedback to clients and colleagues.
