Security Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer to join our dynamic UK team at acre security. As a Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining security systems that protect customer assets, information, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement security systems, including access control, network security, and CCTV systems, to meet organizational and customer requirements.
- Install, configure, and integrate security systems, ensuring they are operational and perform optimally.
- Collaborate with project managers to complete installations on time and within budget for various clients.
- Advise management and clients on new technologies, identifying opportunities for upgrades and ensuring security systems comply with industry standards, government regulations, and internal policies.
- Work closely with the operations director and project managers to oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely and successful completion that meets clients' requirements.
- Assist junior team members with callouts and PPMs, offering guidance to help them develop their skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the security systems industry, with experience in access control and CCTV installation.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, physical security systems, networking, system integration, and security protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to provide feedback to clients and colleagues.
