We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team at Evolve Security Solutions as Event Security Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional security services to our clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Ingress Control: Ensure the safe and secure entry of guests into events and festivals, including ticket validation, physical searches, and crowd control.
- Crowd Management: Maintain order and safety within crowds, including foot traffic direction, escorting and ejecting guests, and apprehending individuals suspected of committing a crime.
- Access Control: Monitor and control access points, including site perimeter patrolling and egress control.
- Customer Service: Provide approachable and professional customer service to guests, including delivering exceptional levels of service and maintaining a smart, friendly, and professional approach at all times.
- Asset Protection: Protect company assets and prevent losses, including monitoring and reporting any suspicious behavior.
- Security Experience: 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in the events or festival industry.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Licenses and Certifications: SIA license is required, and a driving license and first aid certification are preferred.
As an Event Security Specialist at Evolve Security Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting events and festivals across the UK. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.50-£12.50 per hour for full-time and £12.00-£13.50 per hour for part-time positions.
