Job Title: Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Isle of Man (HBOT IOM). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our clinical team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to the team
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • MBBS or equivalent qualification
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty
  • Experience in Hyperbaric Medicine
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
