Job Description - Principal Consultant- WORKDAY Technical

Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to lead Workday HCM project management activities. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and have experience in project management, ERP implementation, and integration development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project execution in complex environments, utilizing strong executive presence, communication skills, and facilitation techniques.
  • Analyze, prototype, and implement new Workday functional features, presenting them to business stakeholders and engaging in end-to-end regression testing.
  • Oversee project coordination, ensuring successful project completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and execute Workday integration plans, leveraging expertise in integration execution and launch parameters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Workday principal technical consultant experience, including requirement gathering, feasibility studies, design, build, and deploy.
  • Workday integration experience in implementation, enhancements, and production support.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in ERP projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in inbound/outbound integrations using Core Connector, PICOF, PECI, Workday Studio, and managing business processes.
  • Knowledge of Security configuration in Workday and experience in working on all project phases, including fit/gap.
  • Core Connectors – Worker and Payroll, PECI Connector.
  • Custom Reports & Calculated Fields.
  • Linux/Shell Scripting.
