Job Title: Principal Consultant

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our team. As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of e-sign technology and digital workflow processes, including the DocuSign initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement e-signature solutions to drive business objectives and ensure operational readiness.
  • Partner with businesses and technology units to gather and document business processes and requirements.
  • Provide SME-level support to cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems.
  • Identify key risks and issues, and aid in preparing and reviewing standard project/program progress reporting.
  • Keep updated documentation on Jive and Sharepoint.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience with DocuSign in development or operations/support capacity.
  • Relevant professional experience as a software developer/engineer or application/platform developer.
  • Expertise in configuration, including users, groups, templates, reports, integrations, security, approval processes, and email templates.
  • Good customer service skills and flexibility to work as an individual contributor or with a team.
  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
