About the Client:

Service Care Solutions is working with a reputable non-profit provider that delivers vital support to individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. The organization has a rich history, starting in the late 1970s by offering accommodation solutions to recently released prisoners. Today, they are recognized as a nationwide provider that helps thousands of service users daily within their communities. Their goal is to continue making a positive difference in people's lives by employing Recovery Practitioners, Substance Misuse Nurses, Lead Nurses, and Non-Medical Prescribers.

The Ideal Lead Nurse:

Will be responsible for providing support and strategic development for the services within their designated cluster, while collaborating with clinical teams, commissioners, and clinical partners. The client requires the successful applicant to participate in appraisals, personal performances, training, and supervision processes.

Key Expectations:
  1. Ensure integrated pathways are in place.
  2. Implement and maintain an immunization and vaccination scheme.
  3. Demonstrate a sound understanding of clinical governance.
  4. Strive to improve and share best practices.
Compliance Requirements:
  1. Enhanced Child and Adults DBS (within 12 months/update service registered).
  2. Valid NMC PIN.
  3. Valid Right to Work.
  4. Most recent employment references.
