Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Addiction Services Coordinator to join our team at The Forward Trust. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for helping others overcome addiction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating our addiction services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to all clients.
About the RoleThis is a Band 6 Substance Misuse Nurse position, offering a competitive salary range of £41,000 - £56,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and development.
You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalized care plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and well-being. You will also work closely with our team to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Responsibilities- Coordinate our addiction services, working closely with our multidisciplinary team
- Assess client needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- RN or RMN qualification
- Post-registration experience in substance misuse or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
