About the Position:

  • You will assess patients presenting to the service, considering their psychiatric and physical health needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including medical documentation and computer entries.
  • Support the nursing team in conducting blood tests and administering vaccinations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with patients and carers to ensure they are involved in decision-making regarding their care.
